Meet Suzie
Suzie began her Pilates journey in February 2021 after the profound loss of her mother to dementia. In her search for healing, she discovered that Pilates offered more than just physical fitness—it became a powerful practice that restored her body, challenged her mind, and nourished her soul.

Now a dedicated studio owner and certified instructor, Suzie is passionate about helping others experience the transformative and healing benefits of Pilates. She believes in creating a supportive and welcoming space where clients can build strength, find balance, and reconnect with themselves—both physically and emotionally.
